The Newman Catholic Association is a student-run Catholic organization that serves the Lafayette community and city of Easton, Pennsylvania.

Although primarily a Catholic organization, Newman Association welcomes individuals of all religions. Newman offers a wide range of activities from which students can choose their involvement, including:

  • Weekly Mass, led by our Catholic Chaplain Father Alexander Brown. Mass is held on campus in Colton Chapel every Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Students serve as lectors, Eucharistic ministers, altar servers, music ministry, etc. *Mass, Adoration & Confessions are open to all students and the public*
  • Confession is available on Sunday from 4pm-4:45pm
  • Adoration is offered every Tuesday night in Colton Chapel. Adoration is held from 6:15pm-7pm. *Open to the public*
  • Newman Meetings take place every Tuesday night after adoration in Colton Chapel. Meetings take place from 7pm-8pm.  Students spend time in fellowship while sharing a meal and discussing the Catholic faith. These meetings give students a chance to stay connected to their faith while away at college.
  • Service opportunities that offer students a chance to connect with the Easton community (SafeHarbor, etc.).
  • Social events planned by students that include movies, dinners, pumpkin picking, Christmas party.
  • We will gather for dinner on Sundays at 6:30pm in the Marquis dining hall.
  • During Lent…Every Monday STATIONS OF THE CROSS 7pm-7:30pm Colton Chapel
