Talking About Loss & Life (TALL)
TALL is a student-led grief support group with space for those who have been impacted by the death of someone close or any other significant loss. Check the campus calendar for meeting dates and time. Chaplain Hendrickson is also available to meet with students individually.
Buddhist Sitting Meditation
Lafayette faculty, staff, students, and alumni, as well as the public, are invited to participate in the Lafayette sitting meditation group. The group meets Mondays at noon and Tuesdays at 5:30pm in the Interfaith Chapel in Hogg Hall. A few cushions are available; bring your own if you have one.
Yoga as a Spiritual Practice
Lafayette faculty, staff, and students, are invited to participate in Yoga as a Spiritual Practice. Classes are held on Thursday nights from 7:00-8:30. The series includes movement, meditation, breathing practices and discussion, revealing how the ancient practice of yoga has relevance in our lives.
